I hereby authorize Just Hail to complete the repair of my vehicle and to make all necessary decisions regarding the repair process, including the use of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), part replacement, or conventional repair methods.

I understand that PDR may exceed the cost of replacing certain parts, but I agree that Just Hail will match the insurance estimate and perform the repair method they deem most suitable.

I acknowledge Just Hail's professional expertise and grant them full discretion in selecting the appropriate method of repair.

I authorize my insurance company to issue all payments directly to Just Hail on my behalf.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
The undersigned does hereby constitute and appoint Chad Campise DBA Just Hail my/our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to endorse and deposit any checks or drafts issued by my insurance company for the repair of my vehicle. This includes signing my name to any such payment instruments to place them in a cashable position.

I/We hereby ratify and confirm any and all actions taken by said attorney pursuant to this limited power of attorney.

3. Rental Agreement
RENTER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT:
• PER THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, JUST HAIL WILL BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY UP TO $50 PER DAY THAT YOU ARE USING THE RENTAL VEHICLE
• THIS IS A NON-SMOKING, NON-AIR FRESHENER AND PERFUME FREE VEHICLE
• Only the persons authorized shall be permitted to operate this vehicle
• Renter shall immediately report all accidents or mechanical problems to JUST HAIL

JUST HAIL RENTS TO RENTER SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE VEHICLE DESCRIBED, SUBJECT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND RENTER AGREES:

1. Vehicle is the property of JUST HAIL. Renter will return the vehicle in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Renter shall be responsible for any recovery costs incurred while retrieving the vehicle.

2. Renter acknowledges that coverage is NOT provided by JUST HAIL for any liability and that renter's own insurance shall provide coverage.

3. Renter shall indemnify and hold JUST HAIL harmless from all claims arising from the operation of the vehicle.

4. RENTER AGREES NOT TO ALLOW ANYONE TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE OTHER THAN THOSE PERMITTED BY THIS CONTRACT.

5. Renter will pay JUST HAIL on demand all charges and is responsible for loss or damage to vehicle.

6. Renter agrees to pay all costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred by JUST HAIL in collection of sums due or in regaining possession of vehicle.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING, CHEMICAL FREE & PERFUME FREE VEHICLE.

    Our team will assess the damage and provide your Insurance company with a detailed plan. The repair process is quick and efficient, ensuring your car is back on the road in no time.

  • How long will the repairs take?

    Most repairs can be completed within a few days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your vehicle back. Only half the job is the repairs. The other half is dealing with your insurance company directly to blueprint a effictive, and a safe repair to ensure your car is back to pre-storm condition.

  • Is my insurance accepted?

    Yes! We work with all insurance companies! We’ll handle the paperwork for you.

  • What if I need a rental car?

    No problem! We provide a free rental car while your vehicle is being repaired, so you can stay on the go. If you have rental coverage on your policy we will invoice your Insurance company directly. No money is ever exchanged between you and the team at Just Hail.

  • What is Paintless Dent Repair?

    Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a technique that allows us to remove dents without affecting your car's original paint. It’s quick, effective, and keeps your vehicle looking great.
